Wheatly’s practice includes many of the firm’s areas of expertise, including zoning, land use and planning, education law, litigation, estate planning and administration, and professional corporations.

A member of the Hampshire County Bar Association, Hampden County Bar Association, Massachusetts Bar Association, New York Bar Association, and the American Bar Association, Wheatly is admitted to practice in Massachusetts, New York, and the United States District Court, District of Massachusetts.

Wheatly was awarded her J.D. in 2007 from the Western New England College School of Law, where she served as both a staff member and as Managing Editor for the Western New England Law Review.  She received her B.A. in 2004 magna cum laude with departmental honors from Skidmore College.

Wheatly currently serves on the Advisory Committee to the Western New England Law Review.

She was born in Northampton, Massachusetts in 1982.
